Holder of two Michelin stars, Atul Kochhar changed the perception of Indian food in the UK. He creates innovative dishes merging traditional Indian cuisine with British ingredients. He’s authored several cookbooks and presented a few TV shows since then, but his most treasured moment was being invited to cook for the queen. He also had the privilege of cooking for Prince Charles at St James’s Palace. His restaurant Rang Mahal, located in the world’s tallest hotel, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, is among his six restaurants across UK, India, UAE and Europe.
