Chef Yann Bernard Lejard’s dishes can best be described as art on a plate. His poetic creations and his cooking style has been influenced by Chef Heinz Winkler, with whom he worked at the latter’s restaurant in Germany. He spent several years honing his skills at some of Europe’s leading hotels, acquiring new skills and acing new techniques, all of which he brought with him to the award-winning Plums Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton.
